Accommodation agreement

〈Scope of application〉
Article 1

  1. Accommodation contracts and related contracts to be concluded between this facility and guests shall be subject to the provisions of these terms and conditions, and matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions shall be subject to laws and ordinances or generally established customs.

〈Application for accommodation contract〉
Article 2

  1. A person who intends to apply for an accommodation contract with this facility shall notify this facility of the following particulars:
    ・Name of guest
    ・Accommodation date and arrival time
    ・hotel fee
    ・Other matters deemed necessary by the facility
  2. In the event that the guest requests, during the stay, to extend the stay beyond the date specified in item 2 of the preceding paragraph, the facility will treat it as an application for a new accommodation contract at the time the request is made.

〈Establishment of an accommodation contract, etc.〉
Article 3

The accommodation contract shall be deemed to have been concluded when this facility has accepted the application in the preceding article. However, this does not apply when it is proved that this facility did not accept it.

〈Refusal to conclude an accommodation contract〉
Article 4

This facility may not accept the conclusion of an accommodation contract in the following cases.

  1. When the application for accommodation does not comply with these terms and conditions.
  2. When there is no room in the guest room due to full occupancy.
  3. When it is recognized that the person who intends to stay is likely to act against the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good morals regarding accommodation.
  4. When the person who intends to stay is deemed to fall under any of the following.
    ・Act on Prevention of Unfair Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Act No. 77 of 1991) Organized crime groups stipulated in Article 2, Item 2 (hereinafter referred to as “organized crime groups”) and Article 2, Item 6 of the same Article Gang members (hereafter referred to as “gang members”), gang quasi-members, gang affiliates, and other anti-social forces.
    ・When an organized crime group or an organized crime group member is a corporation or other organization that controls business activities
    ・Corporations whose executives are members of organized crime groups
  5. When the person who intends to stay is clearly recognized as having an infectious disease
  6. When a violent request is made regarding accommodation, or when a burden exceeding a reasonable range is requested
  7. When it is not possible to provide accommodation due to natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable reasons.
  8. When the person who intends to stay is likely to cause trouble to other guests due to drunkenness, etc. When you behave in a manner that causes significant inconvenience to other guests

〈Guest’s right to cancel the contract〉
Article 5

  1. The guest may cancel the accommodation contract by making a request to this facility.
  2. If the guest cancels all or part of the accommodation contract due to reasons for which the guest is responsible, the facility will charge a cancellation fee determined by the facility.
  3. If the guest does not arrive on the day of accommodation without contacting the hotel, the hotel will treat the accommodation contract as being canceled by the guest and will charge a 100% cancellation fee.

〈Right to cancel the contract of this facility〉
Article 6

  1. This facility may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.
    ① When it is recognized that there is a risk that the guest will act against the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good morals, or when it is recognized that he or she has done the same.
    ② When the guest is deemed to fall under any of the following
    ・An organized crime group, a member of an organized crime group, an associate member of an organized crime group, a person related to an organized crime group, or other anti-social forces
    ・When an organized crime group or an organized crime group member is a corporation or other organization that controls business activities
    ・When it is clearly recognized that the guest is a person with an infectious disease in a corporation whose executives are members of an organized crime group.
    ③ When a violent request is made regarding accommodation, or when a burden exceeding a reasonable range is requested.
    ④ When it is not possible to provide accommodation due to reasons caused by force majeure such as large-scale natural disasters.
    ⑤ When a guest is drunk, sings a song, enters the guest room building, etc., and is deemed to be likely to cause trouble to other guests, or behaves in a way that causes trouble to other guests.
    ⑥ When smoking in the facility, tampering with firefighting equipment, etc., or not complying with the prohibited items (limited to those necessary for fire prevention) of the usage rules established by this facility
  2. When this facility cancels the accommodation contract based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the guest will not be charged for the accommodation services, etc. that have not yet been provided.

〈Accommodation registration〉
Article 7

  1. The guest shall register the following particulars at the front desk of the facility on the day of accommodation.
    ・Name, age, gender, address and occupation of guests
    ・For foreigners, nationality, passport number, place of entry and date of entry
    ・Departure date and scheduled departure time
    ・Other matters deemed necessary by the facility
  2. When the Guest intends to pay the charges in Article 11 by means of a credit card or any other method that can be used in place of currency, the Guest shall present them in advance at the time of registration in the preceding Paragraph.

〈Guest room usage time〉
Article 8

  1. The time during which the guest can use the guest room of the facility shall be in accordance with the regulations of the facility. However, if you stay consecutively, you can use it all day except for the day of arrival and departure.
  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, this facility may allow the guest to use the guest room outside the hours specified in the same paragraph. In this case, an additional fee will be charged as prescribed by the facility.

〈Observance of usage rules〉
Article 9

Guests are required to comply with the usage rules, etc. posted, displayed, or installed within the facility as determined by the facility in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

〈business hours〉
Article 10

The detailed business hours of the facilities, etc. of this facility will be announced on the website, on notices in various places, etc.
Please note that business hours are subject to change without prior notice.

〈Payment of fees〉
Article 11

  1. The breakdown of the accommodation charges, etc. that the guest should pay and the calculation method thereof shall be in accordance with the regulations of this facility.
  2. Accommodation charges, etc. in the preceding paragraph shall be paid at the time of check-in in Japanese currency or by a method other than cash accepted by this facility, such as a credit card. You can also pay by credit card when making a reservation online.
  3. Accommodation charges will be charged even if the guest voluntarily does not stay after the facility has provided the guest room to the guest and it has become available for use.

〈Parking Responsibility〉
Article 12

When a guest uses the parking lot of this facility, regardless of whether or not the vehicle key is deposited, this facility lends the place and does not take responsibility for the management of the vehicle.

〈Responsibilities of guests〉
Article 13

When this facility suffers damage due to intention or negligence on the part of the guest, the said guest shall compensate this facility for the damage.
